VANNY Plastic Surgery Clinic is on the 8th floor of Medi Tower, 107 Teheran-ro, between Gangnam and Yeoksam Stations. The clinic offers plastic surgery — eye and nose surgery, implants, fat grafting, facial liposuction and facelifts — alongside non-surgical procedures such as Botox and fillers, skin boosters, laser lifting, thread lifting, and pigmentation and pore care. Its signature treatments are lower eyelid fat repositioning, eye revision surgery and thread lifting. Two head directors see patients at the clinic: Dr. Ban Ho-kyung, a board-certified plastic surgeon, and Dr. Lee Mi-ra, a board-certified family medicine specialist. Whether a concern calls for surgery or can be managed with a non-surgical procedure is discussed at consultation, and the scope of treatment is decided with the medical team based on each patient's concerns and length of stay. Consultation staff who speak English, Japanese and Chinese are on site, and the clinic is open until 9 p.m. on Fridays and 5 p.m. on Saturdays.

Treatments

Lower Eyelid Fat Repositioning

Under-eye fat is repositioned through the inner eyelid (conjunctiva), so there is no skin incision and no visit for stitch removal. It may help refine the under-eye contour where bags and hollowness appear together. Swelling, bruising and the recovery period vary from person to person, and the medical team explains expected results and side effects at consultation.

Eye Revision Surgery

For patients unhappy with the results of a previous double eyelid or eye surgery — for example the height, asymmetry or loosening of the eyelid line. The surgical method is decided after the current condition of the eyes is examined, and details of the previous surgery help the consultation. The possible degree of improvement depends on the condition of the eyes, and the medical team explains expected results and side effects at consultation.

Thread Lifting

A non-surgical lift that uses dissolvable threads to support sagging areas without an incision, organized by area such as the nasolabial folds and forehead. It may help improve firmness in sagging areas. Whether to combine it with laser lifting or skin boosters is decided at consultation. Swelling or tightness may occur afterward, how long results last varies by individual, and the medical team explains expected results and side effects at consultation.

Service was professional and the staffs were nice. I would definitely come back. There was a slight delay before the surgical procedure but the doctor came in a little while later and performed the service promptly and professionally. Two thumbs up.👍🏻
