Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyClinic AI-optimized clinic landing page platform ("Service") provided by MyClinic ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Clinic": A hospital, clinic, or medical institution that subscribes to the Service to operate a clinic landing page

"Patient (Visitor)": A user who views clinic information or submits consultation requests through the Service

"Administrator": A representative who manages the Service on behalf of a clinic

"Widget": An individual content block that makes up a clinic landing page (e.g., introduction, gallery, contact form)

3. Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

• AI-optimized medical clinic landing page creation and hosting

• Widget-based page customization tools

• Patient inquiry reception and management system

• Clinic rankings, comparison, and directory services

• Offline marketing support via QR codes and short URLs

• Monthly performance reports (paid plans)

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered in Free, Pro, and Premium plans.

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis with automatic renewal.

• Payments are processed through PayPal (international) and Hyosung CMS direct debit (Korea).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.

• Plan changes (upgrades/downgrades) take effect from the next billing cycle.

5. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Registering false medical information or making exaggerated claims

• Collecting or using others' personal information without authorization

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

• Accessing the Service abnormally through automated tools

• Posting content that violates laws or public order

• Clinics are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of their registered information.

6. Company Obligations

• The Company shall make its best effort to provide stable and reliable service.

• The Company shall provide advance notice of any planned service interruptions (except in emergencies).

• The Company shall protect user personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

• The Company shall handle user complaints and feedback in good faith.

7. Content Ownership

• Content (text, images, etc.) registered by clinics remains the property of the respective clinic.

• The Company may use such content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

• Upon service termination, the Company will delete the clinic's content within 30 days.

• The platform's design, code, and features are the intellectual property of the Company.

8. Disclaimer

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of medical information provided by clinics.

• The Company is not responsible for medical services or disputes between patients and clinics.

• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters or system failures.

• The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by user negligence.

9. Service Restrictions and Account Termination

The Company may restrict service use or terminate accounts after prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms

• Registration of false information

• Seriously interfering with service operations

• Inactivity for more than 12 months

Prior notification will be sent via email, and users may appeal within 14 days.

10. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

• Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

• For international users, the laws of the user's country of residence may apply.

11. Changes to Terms

• The Company may modify these Terms as necessary.

• Changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date via in-service notice or email.

• For significant changes, 30 days' prior notice will be provided.

• If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may discontinue use and delete your account.
