View data collection & use consent

Personal Data Collection & Use Consent (Required)

The Company collects and uses the following personal data to register and verify MyCoordy coordinators.

1. Items Collected: real name, nationality, languages, certification types, career/qualification proof files, bio, email

2. Purpose: coordinator qualification verification, self-portal (resume, business card, request inbox), interpretation request matching

3. Retention & Use Period: until membership withdrawal. Where retention is required by applicable law, data is kept for that period and then destroyed without delay.

4. Right to Refuse & Effect: you may refuse consent. However, the above items are essential for registration and verification, so refusal limits sign-up.

※ Please ensure career/qualification proof files do not contain third parties’ personal data such as others’ health information.

View transactional notification notice

1. Nature of Notifications

Notifications the Company sends to coordinator members—interpretation request arrivals, status changes, credential and card-order progress—are transactional information directly necessary for the member’s transactions and service use. As this is not advertising information, it falls under the prior-consent exception of Article 50 of the Network Act.

2. Separation of Advertising Information

• The above transactional notifications contain no advertising information.

• If the Company sends advertising information (events, promotions) in the future, separate prior consent will be obtained; transactional notifications continue regardless of that consent.

3. Channels and Opt-out

• Channel: email (prior notice if expanded to KakaoTalk Alimtalk / SMS)

• Even for transactional notifications, members may change notification settings in the self-portal. However, opting out of essential transaction guidance may affect service use.
