Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to MyClinic platform single clinic membership.
- Single clinic membership (₩330,000/month, VAT included)
No free trial is offered. This policy applies to paid membership transactions.
2. Membership Refunds
Cooling-off period: Full refund is available within 7 days of payment if you have not used the service.
After 7 days: Pro-rated refund for the remaining period is available. The refund amount is calculated by deducting the amount corresponding to the days used.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your admin dashboard. After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.
Resubscription: If you resubscribe after cancellation, the terms and pricing in effect at that time will apply.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the request.
4. Applicable Laws
This refund policy is governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related regulations of the Republic of Korea. Matters not specified in this policy follow related regulations and general commercial practice.
5. Policy Updates
This refund policy may change as the service evolves or regulations are updated. We will notify you in-service or by email at least 7 days before the effective date.
