Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid services on the MyClinic platform.

• Clinic subscription plans (Standard, Pro, Premium)
• Time Sale purchases
• Group Buy participation
• Quote-based treatment payments

Cooling-off period: Full refund is available within 7 days of payment if you have not used the service.

After 7 days: Pro-rated refund for the remaining period is available. The refund amount is calculated by deducting the amount corresponding to the days used.

Downgrade to Free: You can downgrade to the free plan at any time. You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the billing period.

Before treatment: Full refund available up to 7 days before the scheduled treatment date.

Within 7 days of treatment: 50% of the payment amount will be refunded.

Day of or after treatment: No refund. However, if the clinic cancels, a full refund will be provided.

During recruitment: Full refund available before the group buy reaches its target.

After confirmation: Same refund policy as Time Sales applies.

Minimum not met: If the group buy does not reach the minimum participants, a full automatic refund will be issued.

Before treatment: Refund requests are accepted before the treatment. Platform commission will be deducted from the refund.

After treatment: Please contact the clinic directly for post-treatment refund requests.

Reward points used at the time of purchase will be restored upon refund. Points cannot be converted to cash.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the request.

This refund policy is governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related regulations of the Republic of Korea.
