Clear Seoul Eye Clinic is an ophthalmology clinic on the 6th floor of the BLOCK77 building, 17 Seocho-daero 77-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, about a two-minute walk from Gangnam Station Exit 10. It offers vision correction including SMILE Pro, SMILE LASIK, LASIK and LASEK, implantable contact lenses, presbyopia and cataract surgery, and dry eye care. Consultations for international patients are available in English and Chinese.
Performed with the ZEISS VISUMAX 800. According to the clinic, post-operative haze (temporary corneal cloudiness) clears in about 1–2 days — in some cases on the day of surgery — and most patients return to everyday activity from the day after. Recovery varies between individuals; actual progress is explained at consultation.
Performed with the ZEISS VISUMAX 500. According to the clinic, in most cases vision recovers substantially within about 1–2 days and stabilises within about a week, while post-operative haze (temporary corneal cloudiness) clears in about 2–3 days — a week or more in some cases. Recovery varies between individuals.
Performed with the WaveLight EX500 excimer laser, with the ZEISS VISUMAX 500 used for flap creation in all-laser LASIK. Today LASEK is also offered.
Offered as an option for patients for whom laser vision correction is not suitable, based on examination results.

The surgery was fast but a little scary. Recovery took a few days was painful but now I'm fine and it was worth it.
I chose Clear Seoul Clinic for my LASEK surgery. I had the choices of LASEK and ICL due to my thin cornea and they explained very try thoroughly what the recovery time is, medicines that would be provided, and the procedures. The service was great and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely choose this place again and recommend others to this place.
I chose Clear Seoul Clinic for my LASIK surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I had a lazy eye while my other eye had no issues, and they gave me the option to get surgery on just one eye, which I really appreciated. The interpreter was warm and friendly, and she stayed with me throughout the entire appointment. I had a lot of questions, but she was incredibly patient and helpful. The recovery was quick, and it’s amazing how clear my vision is now!
Just went for Lasek at Clear Seoul. My experience so far has been really good! The English translator was extremely helpful and guided me through everything. ☺️They are really efficient and have great staff. My eyes are still in the healing process but I would totally recommend Clear Seoul Eye clinic!
Super grateful to Ms. Lyn and @clearseoul.gb I can SEE now. It’s like discovering the world again but in brighter colours and shapes✨🤌🏽 I had my own interpretor who kindly accompanied me even during the surgery. They had a special PROMO for foreigners as well as nice treats that locals don’t get.
