1. Getting Started

1.1 What is MyClinic

MyClinic is an Infrastructure Membership for medical institutions attracting international patients. A single membership (₩330,000/month) unlocks full access to your clinic page, 7-language auto-translation, a unified inquiry inbox, content management, analytics reports, and subdomain/QR/ad-pixel tooling. We do not do patient matching, brokerage, or rankings.

1.2 Signup → Activation (4 steps)

  1. Submit institution info, contact details, and the foreign-patient-attraction registration certificate at the signup form.
  2. Our team verifies the business registration, medical institution license, and KHIDI registration within 24–48 hours.
  3. Upon approval, a payment link is emailed (Korean clinics: Hyosung CMS direct debit / overseas: PayPal monthly subscription).
  4. After payment confirmation, the /admin dashboard is activated.

Track your progress on /admin/pending — a 4-stage progress view that refreshes every 30 seconds.

1.3 After first login — recommended order

  1. /admin/edit — clinic profile, signature treatments, medical staff, gallery, Before/After widgets
  2. /admin/blog — write your first blog post (7-language auto-translation)
  3. /admin/settings — configure email/SMS notification channels
  4. /admin/domain — enable your subdomain ({clinic-slug}.myclinic.io.kr)

2. Editing Your Page

2.1 Adding widgets

On /admin/edit, arrange widgets via drag-and-drop. Live widgets:

  • About · Medical staff · Signature treatments (price, stay duration, recovery period)
  • Gallery (facility photos) · Before/After slider (member-gated)
  • Inquiry buttons (Email · WhatsApp · Instagram · Facebook · WeChat · Line · Phone — 7 channels)
  • Blog cards · FAQ · Map & directions

2.2 Design templates + brand colors

Use the right panel in the editor to pick templates, primary color, and fonts. All changes go through [Preview] first, then [Publish].

2.3 Automatic 7-language translation

Korean source text (about, treatments, blog) is auto-translated on save into:

  • Live: English · Chinese · Japanese · Vietnamese · Mongolian
  • Phase 1.5 planned: Russian · Thai
  • Medical terms go through a DeepL Glossary + post-edit review. You can fine-tune each language page directly.

2.4 Preview → Publish

Verify desktop + mobile in [Preview]. [Publish] pushes changes live across the global domain (/clinic/[slug] and your subdomain) immediately.

3. Handling Inquiries

3.1 Unified inbox

/admin/inquiries shows messages from all 7 channels (Email · WhatsApp · Instagram · Facebook · WeChat · Line · Phone) in a single view. New inquiries trigger automatic email/SMS alerts to your registered contacts.

3.2 Quick-reply templates

Save templates for frequent questions (treatment duration, price range, interpreter availability) and insert them with one click via the [Use template] button on the inquiry detail page.

3.3 24h response SLA

Inquiries without a reply within 24 hours get an amber badge in the inbox and trigger an alert to our operations team. International patients are sensitive to response speed — we recommend answering within 24 hours.

4. Content Management

4.1 Blog

Write posts on /admin/blog. Unlimited posts for every member. On save, 7-language translation + SEO/GEO metadata (OG image, structured data, AI-search-citation optimization) are generated automatically.

  • Upload images to Firebase Storage (external hot-linking not recommended)
  • Auto-converted to 800px (feed) + 400px (thumbnail) WebP
  • Medical-advertising-law self-check — avoid forbidden phrasing ("best", "only", "100% safe", superlatives)

4.2 Gallery & Before/After (page editor widgets)

Add facility photos (waiting room, treatment rooms, exterior) via the Gallery widget on/admin/edit (up to 6 images). For patient before/after photos, use the Before/After slider widget — non-members see a blurred preview with a patient-signup CTA, and only signed-up patients see the originals (Korean medical advertising law compliant).

You must obtain and retain the patient's written consent (Medical Law §57) before uploading Before/After photos. Our operations team may request consent copies during quarterly compliance reviews. For general facility photos, make sure no patient is identifiable in the frame.

4.3 Image guide

  • Recommended resolution: 1920×1080 (landscape) · 1080×1920 (portrait)
  • Format: JPG · PNG (auto-converted to WebP)
  • Filenames: ASCII alphanumerics and hyphens only
  • Max size: 10 MB per file

5. Analytics & Performance

5.1 Dashboard KPIs

/admin shows page views, inquiry count, response rate, and channel-by-channel traffic on a single screen. Default range: last 30 days.

5.2 Analytics

On /admin/analytics: daily/weekly/monthly trends, country and device breakdowns, treatment-card click-through rate. CSV export supported.

5.3 Monthly PDF report

A previous-month PDF report is auto-generated on the 1st of each month and saved to /admin/reports. Email delivery can be enabled in settings.

5.4 UTM campaign tracking

Generate per-campaign short URLs on /admin/utm. They appear as separate cohorts in analytics so you can compare ad campaigns side by side.

5.5 Anonymous competitor benchmark

/admin/competitors charts your performance against the anonymized cohort average for your region and specialty. Individual competitors are never identified (PIPA-compliant).

6. Membership & Billing

6.1 Single membership — ₩330,000/month

Base ₩300,000 + VAT ₩30,000. Monthly recurring. No free trial, no annual plan, no tiered discounts. Every member gets the same full access.

6.2 Korean clinics — Hyosung CMS

Sign and return the CMS direct-debit consent PDF attached to the approval email. Withdrawals run on the same day each month, anchored to your signup date. The clinic activates once the first withdrawal is confirmed.

6.3 Overseas clinics — PayPal

Register your card via the PayPal Subscriptions link in the approval email. Monthly auto-charge; activation is processed instantly via webhook.

6.4 If payment fails

  • 3-day grace period — email reminders sent, page stays live
  • Beyond that, status switches to suspended and the page is hidden (search + direct URL both blocked)
  • Once you update billing info, our team verifies and republishes immediately

6.5 Cancellation

Cancel via /admin/settings or email our team at syj@mediround.co.kr. Your page stays live until the next billing date. Data is backed up for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Advanced Settings

7.1 Subdomain

Activate {clinic-slug}.myclinic.io.kr on /admin/domain. Use it on ads, business cards, and social profile links. Custom domains (e.g. hospital.com) are out of scope.

7.2 QR code + short URL

Generate /c/xxx short URLs and matching QR images on /admin/qr. Embed them on print materials and signage to measure offline-driven traffic.

7.3 Ad pixels

On /admin/pixels, enter your Meta Pixel · GA4 · GTM IDs and they get injected site-wide for your own conversion tracking.

7.4 Notification settings

On /admin/settings, choose which email/SMS channels receive alerts for new inquiries, payment failures, and page-visibility changes.

8. FAQ & Troubleshooting

Q. How long does signup approval take?

A. 24–48 hours on business days. Check live status on /admin/pending.

Q. Is there a free trial?

A. No. Activation requires the single ₩330K/month membership payment.

Q. What happened to the Entry · Member · Partner tiers?

A. Discontinued. All members now share the same single membership with full access.

Q. Can I edit the page HTML directly?

A. No. You control widgets, design templates, and brand colors. Direct HTML editing is not supported to keep medical-advertising-law pre-review compliance intact.

Q. Can I use a custom domain like hospital.com?

A. Out of service scope. Only the {clinic-slug}.myclinic.io.kr subdomain is supported.

Q. Can I override the auto-translation?

A. Yes. Manual edits per language page are preserved; subsequent Korean saves do not overwrite them.

Q. Who can see the original Before/After images?

A. Only patients who have signed up and verified their identity. Non-members and search-engine bots only see blurred previews.

Q. What if I respond to inquiries late?

A. After 24h the inbox shows an amber badge and our team is alerted. Members with persistently low response rates get coaching outreach during quarterly reviews.

Q. How do I change my card or CMS info?

A. PayPal users update directly in PayPal. Hyosung CMS users email a new consent form to syj@mediround.co.kr.

Q. My page suddenly went offline.

A. Likely a payment failure (suspended status) or an operations safety action. Check the status badge at the top of /admin, or contact our team.
