Herne Clinic opened in 2009 near Gangnam and Sinnonhyeon in Seoul and works across skin, contour and anti-aging care. Autologous stem cell care runs in two lines — blood and bone marrow — with blood at the centre: what the clinic calls hematopoietic-activated stem cell PRF, a four-step protocol without anticoagulant, 1cc per session every 3-6 months, taking around two hours on the day. Alongside this the clinic's signature is thread-based, non-surgical nose refinement, and it holds most of the lifting devices in common use in Korea in one place, so treatments can be combined to the area and goal a patient wants. Consultation, treatment, recovery and follow-up all take place in one building across two floors: a consultation center on B1 and a surgery center on the 3rd floor. Separately, the clinic has been designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as an Advanced Regenerative Medical Institution; this designation covers facility, equipment and staffing standards and does not warrant the efficacy or safety of any individual procedure.
The clinic's 'Triple Tie' technique binds fat, dermis and cartilage to refine the nasal tip and alar area. The clinic states the procedure takes around 15 minutes and that recovery burden is light. Temporary swelling or bruising and recovery time vary by individual.
The blood-derived stem cell line is the centre of this care. The clinic calls it hematopoietic-activated stem cell PRF, and runs a PRF protocol without anticoagulant in four steps — blood draw, low-speed centrifugation, platelet separation, then treatment — at 1cc per session every 3-6 months. Total time on the day is around two hours from consultation, followed by a recovery period before leaving. A bone marrow stem cell line is offered separately at 4-5cc per session every 1-2 years.

First time visiting the clinic. The environment is comfortable. Did both face and body treatments after doctor’s consultation. I was nervous during injections but my doctor and the other staffs encouraged me well. All the staffs are friendly especially my doctor who performed the treatments perfectly and provided detailed guidance and my interpreter who translated well. I start to feel the improvement of my skin condition after two days. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed about every step of the process. The place is like Hermes store, very clean and beautifully designed. Since we can’t speak Korean, they assigned a translator for us who is very kind and helpful :)) We firstly talked with the consultant then the doctor. The doctor is highly skilled and attentive, and she gave us many plans. Very importantly, there is no hard sale, but waiting is sometime a little longer. We will definitely be returning for future treatments!
