The procedure releases tissue tethered beneath a wrinkle or scar and injects a collagen-regenerating substance; each session takes about an hour, and most patients have several sessions (usually three to five) one to three months apart. Manual Autologous Dermal Regeneration for deep wrinkles (nasolabial folds, marionette lines, glabellar lines, forehead, crow's feet, neck). It is typically a 5-session course (or 3, depending on progress), with each session lasting about 1 hour. Neck wrinkle treatments take 1-2 hours.
