WJ Wonjin Plastic Surgery occupies floors 12 through 18 of the Pagoda Tower near Gangnam Station. According to its official site, around 20 directors practice here — including three anesthesiology and pain medicine specialists on staff and two dermatology directors — under a dedicated-doctor system that assigns each area, such as eye and revision eye surgery, rhinoplasty, facial contouring, breast surgery, liposuction and body contouring, and lifting, to its own surgeon, with eight departments collaborating on cases. Anesthesiologists participate throughout surgery. For international patients the center runs eight language site versions including English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Mongolian, Russian, Indonesian, and Vietnamese, with dedicated consultation lines and interpretation.
